Free street parking. We had a private bathroom. The decor of the room was nice. Bed was comfy. Host was willing to adjust our booking if we had told them earlier about our issues, but unfortunately by that point we had booked another accommodation. They gave recommendations for local attractions.

The location is good not too far from city centre and staff are very helpful and welcoming.

The room was very comfortable. The check-in process was very well organised, and there were no issues . We stayed just for a night before an early flight, and it was easy to find a parking space Very good communication with the owner. There is perhaps an area of improvement, but the money we pay was excellent .

The room was clean, but the extra pillows didn't have a pillowcase.

There is a lot place to park a car for free. View from balcony on Etna is great and there is a washing machine :)

Very good value for money. The room had everything I needed. The communication with the owner was very smooth.

We enjoyed the fact that we would wake up to the stunning view of mount Etna. We were also very close to the centre but far enough to not hear any loud noises. We travelled to Taormina, Etna and Centro Sicilia from this property with no stress.

The bathroom was outside the bedroom, it was clean.

The property was very cheap, the cheapest we could find. It has a balcony with the view on Etna, which was very fine. It always smelled extremely good and was clean. The owner (or a worker) was very nice, he helped us with the luggage and opened a bottle with olives for us

100% recommended! Me, my husband and our 1 month baby had a very pleasant stay at Etna Catania Center. The customer service of Simone is above and beyond. The crib was not available for the night we booked, but we were given a room with an extra bed which was very comfortable for breastfeeding and changing our baby. The room was clean and spacious with a little personalised welcome card on the desk. Our private bathroom was in the corridor and also clean. Towels and soap were provided. The accommodation has a small elevator to get to the 4th floor. Simone is very friendly and replies quickly on WhatsApp and gave us helpful tips for restaurants in the area and pharmacies that were opened 24hrs and even offered to speak to the pharmacist if we would encounter any problems. As we arrived later than expected, we were given instructions for self check-in which went smoothly. We came by rental car and parked easily, for free, on the opposite side of the road. The accommodation is only a 20min drive by car from the airport, so very convenient. Many thanks and we'll definitely be back!

Cleaning, except some towels were still wet when we arrived in the room at the check in, but they were clean and smelled nice

Simone was helpful once we could get into the flat. Cleaniness was close to acceptable.

It was a good-sized room, with a huge share balcony. The bathroom was really good. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was perfect for the hot summer days.
